The service
Nuvrelay provides a WhatsApp automation tool connected to the reseller’s TREX or MaxOTT panel. The reseller remains solely responsible for the content they offer and for the relationship with their own clients.
Free trial
Every new account gets a 3-day free trial, with no payment and all features (up to 20 trials and 10 subscriptions created). One trial per person, per email address, per WhatsApp number and per panel account: if any of them was already used for a trial, the trial stops. When the trial ends, the space and the bot are paused until a plan is paid; data is kept for 30 days.
Subscription and payment
The subscription is paid in USDT (TRC20) for the chosen duration, with no automatic renewal. The space opens as soon as the payment is recognised on the blockchain.
WhatsApp number
WhatsApp may restrict a number that sends automated messages. The reseller can connect another number at any time from their space; a block does not give the right to a refund.
End of the subscription
Without renewal, Nuvrelay is paused and the data is kept for 30 days before deletion.
